X ( formally Twitter) has notified their users via in-app push notification about the lastest change to its "Block" features. If your posts are set to public, blocked account will still be able to view your post but won't be able to engage (reply, retweet, like) In addition, you can gain more control over who can see your account, which means making your account private.
